At each dollar amount, we strive to find as many loan products as possible, to give you the widest possible choice.

• By giving you the widest choice in the market. By giving you more options, by showing you more choices in the market, we make sure you get the most competitively priced loan available.

• By charging fees that are 30% to 80% lower than a traditional broker. Where most brokers charge 1% to 2% of the loan balance as fees, Funding Doctor routinely charges 0.8% down to 0.3% on some large deals. We can do this because of volume and cost advantage our technology gives us over our competitors.

• By discounting our rates by a further 50% if you fill in our online application. The thing that takes us the most time and costs us the most money is gathering all the information needed to make a successful application to a lender. If you do that for us and input that information into he application, we share our savings with you by cutting our fees in half. That can take our fees down to 0.15% in some cases.
