Funding Finder, a unique tool

The Funding Doctor has one of the largest networks of private and non-bank lenders in Australia.

Through our Funding Finder tool, we provide the most comprehensive listing of lenders and their offerings for short term finance, property finance (land banking, construction and residuals stock) and commercial loans.

You can research the offerings through our online platform, seeing what’s actually available in the market, and then apply directly online. In fact, for some simple applications, if you save us the trouble of gathering the relevant information by inputting it into the platform, we’ll discount our fees (already among the lowest in the industry) by 50%.

How does Funding Finder work?

Based on the information you input, Funding Finder uses a computer algorithm to match you with the lending products that are available for your project or loan type. The more information you give the algorithm, the more accurate the matches are.

What fees do you charge?

We generally aim to make our fees 30% to 50% lower than what’s currently standard in the market. Depending on the size, complexity and type of the loan, fees generally range from 0.80% to 0.15%.
